“Looks like the owners are doing a lot of work on the property however, cleanliness is doable but not done. Our room was supposed to have 2 beds in it but the first room we got looked like someone was still in it. Unmade bed, clothes on chair and a huge fan in the middle of the room. Second room, single bed and ac wasn’t producing and it stunk. I had to show the clerk that I paid for a room with 2 beds and he finally said they didn’t have one available. The 3rd room looked ok, ac cranking,……

“Easy check in & out. Staff friendly and professional. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. AC kept room comfortable. We didn’t want breakfast, but we picked up couple bananas for later. Breakfast choices smelled and looked yummy. If we need to stay in Florence again, we definitely will return.”

“As soon as we walked it several roaches crawled across our floor. Went to front desk and nobody answered. The furniture was also broken and damaged. And the shower was horrible. Hotel looks nothing like the photos. WILL NOT BE BOOKING AGAIN!!”

“We arrived at 10 pm at night after driving since 9 am. The front desk attendance was very nice but immediately told us we must have made our reservations in the last hour or so (we had made it 4 hours earlier). We were informed that Expedia had "double-booked" our room and there was no room available for us, and that there were no rooms available in any hotel in the whole area, but that we could try driving 45 minutes south and we might find something.
